I think this's from up (the movie). I really really believe that this is totally possible, as in for the house to fly. The main problem, from the way I see it, is how to get that colossal amount of balloons to fly the house up, not how to attach the balloons or whatsoever. Yeah. I really wonder how one could get so many balloons even if they badly wanted to. I mean like wow, what a waste of rubber? (rubber trees)=(eco-system)=(earth)=(geog)=(I hate geog)
